Harry Potter and the DH part 1.

HEY THERE. I take back what I said about abandoning this place, because finding another host to create a blog is troublesome shit. So here I am.

So, guess which awesome movie I just watched? Yep. I was rather reluctant to watch this, actually! After watching that rubbish of a 5th movie, I was pretty sure this movie would be headed down the same path. Basically, thank God. I was pleasantly surprised, really. Outstanding pacing and character development - no wonder DanRad said this movie was preferred over the second part, which would probably be similar to the older movies. Shan't spoil it for the sake of those who have not watched it, but please do watch it, it's great. Hah. Hold up, I forgot that all the spoilers are already released. In book form. Shan't say anything anyway. Since I can't remember the details. Hee.

Oh yes. I thought of this during the movie: what happens if you point your wand towards the sea and say "Accio, fish?" The cooler scenario would be getting bombarded by fish, I guess. Won't that be awesome! I'd definitely be a fisherman.

I do have one complaint though, which is the overly exaggerated romance between Ron and Hermoine; I wish it to be a little more subtle. Dear director, you don't really have to spend 5 seconds of your film on their hands being close together while they're sleeping. Really now? OH HOH, one more thing. When Harry found Gryffindor's sword under the ice, this girl in the theatre exclaimed, "Suh-ward!" with the "w" all present and everything, and that kinda ruined the moment for me since my mind went from "The sword!" to "NO bitch, the w is silent!" Another thing I don't understand is how some people can just enter the theatre not knowing a thing about the storyline. I'd be confused as hell. That shall be it's one flaw. Stay away action fans, wait for the next movie.

Right, nothing left to add. Part 2, where are thou?

P.S. This post shall be dedicated to Dobby, Mad-Eye and Hedwig.
